Custom Orders:

• Artwork approval is required.
• Custom artwork or samples are subject to a non-refundable $50.00 fee per design. This can be waived if order is placed at the same time the artwork is requested.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP AND BILL FOR 5% OVER OR UNDER TOTAL AMOUNT ORDERED.

Backorders/Cancellations:

• Out-of-stock items remain open unless specified.
• Cancellations are not accepted after order has entered production.

Claims/Returns/Allowances:

• All Claims must be notified 10 days after receipt of goods.
• Returns must be authorized and are subject to a $5.00 per dozen restocking fee.
